By accessing or using AISongScan ("the Service"), operated by StableState LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
AISongScan is a probabilistic audio analysis tool that provides signals and likelihood assessments regarding potential AI-assisted audio generation. The Service may indicate which AI generation tools a track is most consistent with, but it does not provide definitive determinations, legal conclusions, or conclusive attribution to any specific AI tool or vendor.
The Service provides probabilistic analysis only. Results should not be interpreted as definitive proof of AI involvement or human creation. AISongScan may surface probabilistic signals about which AI tools a track is most consistent with (for example, Suno or Udio), but these are likelihood indicators only and do not definitively identify the specific tool, vendor, or generation method used. The Service is not designed for legal, evidentiary, or accusatory purposes.
StableState LLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of analysis results. Users acknowledge that audio analysis technology has inherent limitations and that results may vary based on audio quality, format, and other factors.
Using AISongScan requires a free account created through passwordless email sign-in. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you provide and for maintaining access to the inbox associated with your account. You agree not to share your sign-in link or allow unauthorized parties to use your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
AISongScan offers a free tier with a limited number of scans and paid subscription plans (Creator and Professional) that include higher scan allowances. Paid plans are available on monthly or annual billing and are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the then-current plan price until you cancel.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from the subscription management portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain access until then. Prices, plan features, and scan allowances may change with prospective notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use results to make false accusations or defamatory claims, misrepresent results as definitive proof, use the Service for harassment or malicious purposes, or attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service.
You retain all rights to audio files you upload. By uploading content, you grant StableState LLC a limited, temporary license to process the audio for analysis purposes only. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not store your uploaded audio files on our servers, as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StableState LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on analysis results.
StableState LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
