By accessing or using AISongScan ("the Service"), operated by StableState LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
AISongScan is a probabilistic audio analysis tool that provides signals and likelihood assessments regarding potential AI-assisted audio generation. The Service does not provide definitive determinations, legal conclusions, or attribution to specific AI tools or vendors.
The Service provides probabilistic analysis only. Results should not be interpreted as definitive proof of AI involvement or human creation. AISongScan cannot identify specific AI tools, vendors, or generation methods. The Service is not designed for legal, evidentiary, or accusatory purposes.
StableState LLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of analysis results. Users acknowledge that audio analysis technology has inherent limitations and that results may vary based on audio quality, format, and other factors.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use results to make false accusations or defamatory claims, misrepresent results as definitive proof, use the Service for harassment or malicious purposes, or attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service.
You retain all rights to audio files you upload. By uploading content, you grant StableState LLC a limited, temporary license to process the audio for analysis purposes only. We do not claim ownership of your content and delete uploaded files according to our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StableState LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on analysis results.
StableState LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
