StableState LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates AISongScan. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with transparency.
To use AISongScan you create a free account by verifying your email address, so the email you provide is the primary piece of personal information we hold. When you run a scan, your audio is transmitted through our Service to a third-party audio-recognition provider that analyzes it; we do not store your uploaded audio files on our servers. We retain the analysis results (such as the likelihood assessment, score, and the file name you submitted) associated with your account. We also collect basic, non-identifying usage analytics (such as scan counts and page views) to operate and improve the Service. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we retain non-sensitive billing records such as your plan and renewal date (see Payment Information below).
Uploaded audio is used solely to generate your analysis results. To perform the analysis, your audio is sent to a specialized third-party audio-recognition provider that processes it strictly to produce your scan result. Your audio is not used to train AI models and is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. We use your email address to sign you in, deliver sign-in links, send essential account and billing notices, and respond to support requests. We do not retain audio beyond the retention window described below unless you download a transparency report.
AISongScan uses passwordless email sign-in. When you request access, we email you a secure, single-use sign-in link; we do not create or store passwords. Your account holds your email address, your scan usage, and, if you subscribe, your plan and subscription status.
We do not store your uploaded audio files on our servers. Your audio is sent to a third-party audio-recognition provider solely to generate your result, and that provider's handling and retention of the audio are governed by its own policies. We retain your analysis results and related scan records in your account so you can view them, until you remove them using the "Delete my data" option in the results interface or ask us to delete your account. Account information, such as your email address and subscription status, is kept for as long as your account is active.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest for stored files, isolated processing environments, and regular security reviews. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
If you purchase a subscription, payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We retain only non-sensitive billing records such as your plan, subscription status, and renewal date. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
AISongScan relies on a small number of trusted service providers to operate: Microsoft Azure for cloud hosting, processing, and storage; a third-party audio-recognition provider that analyzes your uploaded audio to produce results; Stripe, Inc. for subscription payments; and an email delivery provider for sign-in links and account notices. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the Service, and their practices are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties for marketing or other purposes.
You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time, request information about data we hold related to your analysis, and opt out of any optional analytics collection. To exercise these rights, use the in-app deletion feature or contact us directly.
AISongScan is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
