Overview

StableState LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates AISongScan. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with transparency.

Information We Collect

When you use AISongScan, we temporarily process audio files you upload for analysis purposes. We collect basic usage analytics (non-personally identifiable) to improve the Service. We do not require account creation or collect personal identification information for basic use.

How We Use Your Information

Audio files are processed solely for the purpose of generating analysis results. Files are not used for training AI models, shared with third parties, or retained beyond the analysis session unless you explicitly request a transparency report download.

Data Retention

Uploaded audio files are automatically deleted within 24 hours of analysis completion. Analysis results and transparency reports are retained for 7 days to allow for download, then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time using the "Delete my data" option in the results interface.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest for stored files, isolated processing environments, and regular security audits. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Third-Party Services

AISongScan uses Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure for processing and storage. Azure's privacy practices are governed by Microsoft's privacy policy. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties for marketing or other purposes.

Your Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time, request information about data we hold related to your analysis, and opt out of any optional analytics collection. To exercise these rights, use the in-app deletion feature or contact us directly.

Children's Privacy

AISongScan is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
